CNA - One-on-One Home Care | Flexible Schedule

Phoenix Home Care is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide one-on-one care for clients in their homes. If you're looking for a position where you can fully utilize your certification while building meaningful relationships with clients, this is the opportunity for you.

Unlike a facility setting, home care allows you to focus on one client at a time, providing skilled, compassionate care that helps them remain safe and independent at home.

Flexible Scheduling Available

• Weekday shifts
• Weekend shifts
• Overnight shifts
• We'll build a schedule based on your availability

Pay Rate: $16-18 per hour w/ added shift differential for hours worked on Sat/Sun

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Perform safe transfers and mobility assistance
• Assist with Hoyer lift transfers
• Provide ostomy care and catheter care
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Support clients with dignity, compassion, and respect
• Build positive relationships with clients and their families

Qualifications

• Current Missouri CNA certification required
• At least one year of CNA or comparable direct care experience preferred
• Experience with Hoyer lifts, ostomy care, and catheter care required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
