As our Onboarding Specialist, you turn “we’ll take your case” into a fully built file ready for the team to fight. We’re California’s premier plaintiff side employment law firm, and we’re looking for someone who treats the details like they matter, because they do. What You'll Do Guide new clients through onboarding and prepare matters for Case Management and attorney review Draft and send retainer agreements and answer client questions Collect evidence, case information, and personnel files from the defendant Follow up on every outstanding document until the file is complete Track critical deadlines, including Tort Claims Act (TCA), Statute of Limitations (SOL), and Right to Sue (RTS) Keep case files, trackers, and timelines organized and current This description captures the primary nature and level of work for this role.
