Senior Manager AI and Analytics - Finance
Intuitive Surgical
Senior Manager leading AI and analytics capabilities for Intuitive's Finance organization. Manages a team of analytics engineers and AI product managers, owns the Finance AI roadmap, and partners with Finance leadership to design and deliver data-driven solutions that enhance financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead analytics portfolio by managing Finance business partner relationships, intake, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment
- Own and drive the AI product roadmap for Finance, prioritizing and sequencing AI/ML initiatives with Finance and IT leadership
- Lead and develop a team of analytics engineers and AI Product Managers; provide dotted-line oversight to Finance data engineering
- Design scalable processes, frameworks, and governance structures to improve coordination across analytics and data engineering teams
- Define and track measurable ROI and business impact for AI/ML initiatives to demonstrate value of analytics investments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, Data Science, or related field
- 7+ years progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, data warehousing, or data product management
- 3+ years leading and developing teams of analytics, AI, or technical professionals
- Proven track record managing large portfolios of AI/ML initiatives across multiple stakeholders
- Deep domain expertise in Finance (FP&A, accounting, controllership, or treasury)
- Familiarity with modern data platforms (Snowflake), ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA), and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong executive communication and cross-functional influence capabilities
