Night Production Lead - Lean 5S & Safety Leader

FatBoy Ice Cream in Utah is seeking a Production Lead to supervise Line Workers, ensure safety and quality, and support the Shift Supervisor with daily operations on the production floor. You will delegate tasks, manage start-up and shut-down, monitor line efficiency, perform hourly quality checks, and lead end-of-day meetings while upholding GMP, HACCP, and company policies.
