Case Manager - Community Reentry & Support

The Oklahoma County Diversion Hub is seeking a dedicated Case Manager based in El Reno, OK. This position involves providing direct case management services to justice-involved individuals, ensuring they receive necessary resources and support to reduce encounters with the criminal legal system. Ideal candidates will have experience in social work or a related field, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a passion for serving impacted populations.
