Front Desk Agent

We are seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Front Desk Attendant who will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and lasting impression. You will handle all aspects of a guest's stay, from check-in to check-out, while embodying our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Your multitasking skills and guest-focused mentality will be key to ensuring a seamless experience. Must be flexible. Responsibilities Operate hotel switchboard, take calls and provide information and transfer calls Take reservations over the telephone, through emails and in person, including groups Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing with accuracy Welcome guests warmly, determine their needs, and manage the registration process Balance cash at the end of each shift and generate reports for the next shift Qualifications Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed Compensation: $17 - $18 hourly #J-18808-Ljbffr Extended Stay America Premier Suites Portland - North
