Medical Courier/Route Driver

$17.75 - $24.26 per hour

Labcorp seeks a medical courier to pick up, transport, and deliver laboratory specimens and supplies across a defined route. The role involves operating a company vehicle, managing daily schedules using electronic devices, and ensuring safe specimen handling.

Responsibilities

Complete daily pickup schedule in timely manner and deliver specimens to branch
Load supplies and handle all lab samples with safety and efficiency
Operate company vehicle safely while obeying traffic laws
Track pickups using handheld electronic device and coordinate with dispatcher
Assess traffic patterns, routes, and weather conditions to optimize deliveries

Requirements

Valid driver's license with clean driving record
At least 21 years old
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Strong punctuality and time management skills
High school diploma or GED (preferred)
1+ years driver or courier experience (preferred)

Compensation: $17.75 - $24.26 per hour, plus 2nd shift differential
