Onshore APM (Tech Program Manager)

- Proven success delivering Snowflake or cloud data platforms
- Data Lakes/Data Warehouses
- Strong understanding of date ingestion frameworks (ETL/ELT), data modeling
- Strong background in P&C insurance (Policy and Claims lifecycle), Reinsurance
- Exposure to GenAI use cases in insurance
- Cloud certifications (Azure)
- Data related certifications (Snowflake)
- 12-15 years exp in IT delivery/program management
JD/Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the enterprise data platform using Agile methodologies (Scrum)
- Ensure alignment between business goals, data strategy and technical execution
- Manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams
- Oversee implementation of data pipelines from sources systems to Abstract, Validation and Data Store layers
- Ensure adherence to data architecture standards, governance and security policies
- Drive best practices for data quality, lineage and observability
- RAG status reporting, risk and issue management
- Track program KPIs such as Delivery velocity, quality metrics
- Participate and contribute in QBRs and executive reviews
- Communicate program status, risks value realization to senior leadership
- Oversee budget, forecasting and cost optimization
