WE’RE HIRING: TENNIS COURT GRADER / CDL DRIVER

Court Co. is growing, and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us!

We are looking for an experienced Tennis Court Grader with a valid CDL to join our team. This is an opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and wants the opportunity to grow into a leadership role within a growing company.

Travel throughout Florida
Pay based on experience

What You'll Do:

• Operate grading and construction equipment - including skid steer and roller
• Perform grading and site preparation for tennis and pickleball courts
• Travel to job sites throughout Florida
• Work as part of a professional court construction team
• Help ensure projects are completed accurately and to a high standard

What We're Looking For:

• Experience operating a grader and related construction equipment
• Valid CDL is a plus
• Experience with grading, site work, laser grading or construction
• Ability to travel throughout Florida
• Dependable, hardworking, and safety-minded
• Someone who takes pride in doing quality work
• A team player with the desire to grow and take on additional responsibility
