Resident Support & Housing Stabilization Aide
Housing Works, Inc.
Housing Works, Inc. is seeking a Case Aide to support residents toward housing stability and wellness. You will work under Case Managers to implement service plans, help with daily living skills, access needed services, and ensure safe, stable housing within a harm-reduction framework. You will accompany residents to appointments and use person-centered approaches to foster engagement and recovery.
