The goal is to empower individuals to live as independently and comfortably as possible while respecting their dignity. What you get to do Provide hands‑on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance. Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals served. Assist with daily living tasks such as moving, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene. Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age. Person‑centered, patient, and kind. Dependable, adaptable, and flexible. Observant and detail‑oriented. Positive role model and team player. Committed to a respectful and collaborative environment. Computer skills for documentation. Valid driver’s license (transporting persons served). Some positions may require ownership of a personal vehicle and auto liability insurance. Successful background clearance as part of onboarding. Strong communication skills for documenting care, following support plans, and collaborating with internal and external team members.
