Shop Operations Manager - Lean, Growth & Customer Excellence
Peak Industrial Inc.
Peak Thermo King in Seattle, WA seeks an experienced Operations Manager to direct the shop, repairs, installations and daily workflow for 20–25 service employees and parts staff. You will promote safety, teamwork and accountability while driving efficiency and growth. The role reports to the Senior Director of Operations and requires at least 5+ years leading shop teams, strong Lean experience, and solid MS Office skills.
