The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to play a pivotal role in the transformation of clinical data sharing within the healthcare ecosystem. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of this change, leading the engineering, architecture, and product strategy to build scalable, integration-heavy systems that enhance data accessibility and patient outcomes. This executive leadership position demands a strategic, business-minded technology leader with a background of at least 5 years in the healthcare technology industry, a proven track record of driving revenue through system and product development, and a deep understanding of risk, regulations, and data security in the healthcare domain. Key responsibilities for the CTO include guiding engineering managers, driving product decisions with a focus on revenue, and ensuring the development of complex, scalable, multi-tenant systems. Expertise in FHIR/HL7 for data exchange, as well as proficiency in claims and clinical data, is essential. The role also involves a significant hands-on component, with a focus on healthcare data interoperability, SaaS/cloud platform architecture, data engineering, security, and compliance. While not mandatory, experience in a previous CTO or equivalent senior technology leadership role, post-merger technology integration, and leading AI/ML initiatives is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader, capable of shaping the future of healthcare data exchange and driving the company's mission forward.
