About the Position

Facility (25 bed critical access hospital) Labor and Delivery RN who can float to Med Surg - Must be willing to do nursery, labor and mother/baby care as well as float and provide care to med/surg patients. ***They would need to be willing to help on MedSurg if there are 0 OB patients. Taking patients sometimes, but would need to be willing to float to the unit to be a helper the other times.*** Will receive orientation to MedSurg (Does not need to have worked MedSurg before). **Facility shared house offered at a $5 rate decrease** Must be ok with working L&D, Post Partum, and Med Surge. The position would work at least 1/2 time Med Surg Years of Experience: min of 2 years exp required Certs; Must have ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS Shift: 3X12 nights 7p - 7a Skill set: labor/delivery, post partum, and med surge. Would need BLS, NRP, ACLS and fetal monitoring. Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend. First Time Travelers: Yes Locals Accepted: Yes, at the same rate EMR: Meditech
