Local Contract Speech Language Pathologist - $45-48 per hour

Position RCM HealthCare Travel seeks a local contract Speech Language Pathologist for a contract position in Katy, Texas, for the 2026–2027 school year. Description Provide in‑person, school‑based speech services to students in the Katy, TX area. Assess, evaluate, and treat communication disorders while collaborating with educators and families. Requirements Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology Valid Texas Speech‑Language Pathologist license (SBESLPA) Knowledge of evaluation and treatment of communication disorders Ability to administer and interpret speech‑language assessments Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with school staff and families Strong organizational and caseload management skills Responsibilities School‑year schedule aligned with the academic calendar (2026–2027); full‑time and part‑time opportunities available. Provide speech, language, and hearing services to students in accordance with IEPs. Conduct evaluations and determine eligibility for speech‑language services. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Deliver individual and group therapy sessions. Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Participate in ARD/IEP meetings to support placement and goal development. Collaborate with teachers to implement classroom strategies that enhance communication skills. Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports in compliance with federal and state regulations. Compensation Hourly rate: $45.00–$48.00 per hour.
