About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Endoscopy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 2 years of in-hospital endoscopy experience License: Current RN license Certifications: BLS ACLS PALS Must-Have: - At least 2 years of in-hospital endoscopy experience - Scheduling flexibility Description: Client is a flagship facility known for its commitment to providing high-quality care. The hospital has received numerous recognitions for clinical excellence and patient safety. It operates a comprehensive trauma center, stroke center, and pediatric care. The endoscopy unit includes pre-op bays, procedure rooms, and a recovery area. Equipment includes Olympus scopes, processors, and various other specialized tools. The unit staff consists of full-time members who adapt to variable patient volumes. Typical procedures performed include EBUS, bronchoscopy, EGD, colonoscopy, EUS, and ERCP. The ideal candidate will be flexible and self-motivated. The dress code comprises surgical scrubs provided on-site. Weekend and call shift requirements include two weekend shifts every six weeks and one night shift per week. This is a contractor replacement position.
