Job Description Medical Front Desk Associate (FULL‑TIME) Provide front‑desk support at Bethany Medical Center, a multi‑specialty physician practice. Responsibilities include checking patients in/out, processing charge entries, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing other related tasks. The role requires a positive attitude, strong teamwork, excellent communication skills, customer service abilities, and efficient multitasking. Responsibilities Check patients in and out of medical offices. Process charge entries for medical services. Answer phone calls and assist inquiries. Schedule patient appointments. Perform related administrative tasks as needed. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor. Qualifications 1+ year of medical office experience with patient registration and check‑in/check‑out preferred. Self‑starter and adaptable to departmental changes. Able to discuss treatment and financial obligations with patients. Multilingual skills are a plus. Strong computer skills and customer‑service orientation. Experience with Allscripts is a plus.
