Workplace Experience Ambassador

Job Summary The Experience Services Ambassador is responsible for delivering exceptional client experience every day through enhanced engagement, proactive communication, and high‑touch service within a select portfolio of properties. Job Responsibilities Serve as initial point of contact for all client employee inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to services within the workplace, with primary goal of positively impacting care and comfort of client employees and guests. Execute Ambassador services in a manner consistent with SLAs, standard processes, professional brand image and local regulations. Conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments of soft service delivery to ensure compliance with service level agreements, policies, regulations, and performance metrics. Support data collection, analysis and reporting to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives. Continuously improve experience service performance and exceed performance, team, and client goals. Collaborate with account team to deliver experience services across all business lines. Assist third‑party vendor relationships and service partners to provide maximum service delivery. Anticipate needs or concerns exceeding client expectations, build lasting relationships with client employees and guests. Welcome employees daily at reception and maintain workspaces, respond to all requests within one day, including personal follow‑up. Identify potential risks and elevate them to prevent privacy breaches, security incidents, or operational disruptions. Engage in continuous improvement and innovation, adopting best practices, new tools, and process re‑engineering. Assist with client events and serve as training‑center event concierge, manage conference‑room bookings and resolve scheduling conflicts. Provide administrative and operational excellence for soft services. Perform additional duties as requested. Qualifications 1–3 years prior relevant experience in hospitality, facility/property management, operations, or commercial real estate preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, Outlook. Exceptional customer service skills and passion for hospitality. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment. Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and track record of excellent internal and external service. Ability to work independently, with strong prioritization and time‑management skills. Ability to work with diverse teams; respectful, cooperative, accountable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate professionally. Excellent organizational skills and process management. Adaptability to new devices, technology, and applications. This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
