The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Integration Services, and Informatica MDM, along with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical business processes spanning Commercial, Clinical, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain functions.This role will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, data engineering teams, and application owners to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant integration solutions that support strategic data initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and deliver enterprise-wide integration solutions using Informatica IDMC, PowerCenter, and Informatica Integration ServicesDesign and implement batch, real-time, API-based, and event-driven integrations across cloud and on-premises environments.Lead the implementation and governance of Informatica MDM to establish trusted master data across customers, products, suppliers, healthcare professionals (HCPs), and organizations.Develop integration frameworks, standards, best practices, and reusable patterns to support enterprise scalability.Integrate data across key pharmaceutical platforms, including:SAPSalesforceVeeva CRMVeeva VaultClinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS)Electronic Data Capture (EDC)Regulatory Information Management (RIM)Manufacturing and Quality SystemsData Warehouses and Data LakesPartner with business and IT teams to define data integration and master data strategies.Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations including GxP, FDA, HIPAA, SOX, and data governance standards.Drive migration and modernization initiatives from legacy integration platforms to cloud-native Informatica solutions.Support data quality, metadata management, lineage, and governance initiatives.Provide technical leadership, solution reviews, and mentoring to development and support teams.Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and architecture teams to ensure highly available and secure solutions.Required Qualifications12+ years of experience in enterprise data integration and data management.5+ years of experience as an Integration Architect or Solution Architect.Extensive hands-on experience with:Informatica IDMC (CAI, CDI, Cloud Data Integration, API integrations)Informatica PowerCenterInformatica MDMInformatica Data Quality (IDQ)Strong experience designing and implementing cloud and hybrid integration architectures.Proven experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences industryStrong understanding of pharma business processes across:Commercial OperationsClinical DevelopmentRegulatory AffairsManufacturing & QualitySupply ChainExperience integrating with platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Veeva, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, and AWS.Strong knowledge of API-led integrations, ETL/ELT processes, messaging frameworks, and microservices architecture.Experience with data governance, data quality, metadata management, and master data management.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsInformatica Professional Certifications (IDMC, MDM, Cloud Data Integration, or PowerCenter).Experience with healthcare provider (HCP), customer, product, and clinical master data domains.Exposure to Databricks, Snowflake, and modern data lakehouse architectures. xhyhwjd Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.Must-Have SkillsInformatica IDMCInformatica PowerCenterInformatica MDMInformatica Cloud/Data IntegrationPharma/Life Sciences DomainNice to have skillsSAP IntegrationSalesforce/Veeva IntegrationData Governance & Data QualityAPI & Enterprise Integration ArchitectureCloud Data Platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Azure/AWS)TECH #remote
