Human Resources ManagerLocation: Lino Lakes, MN Compensation: $86,000 Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible Schedule Job Type: Direct HireAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a manufacturing company to hire a Human Resources Manager. This role serves as the site leader for all human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, benefits administration, payroll support, compliance, and policy administration. If you're a strategic HR professional who enjoys partnering with leadership while supporting employees throughout the employment lifecycle, we'd love to hear from you!What You'll Do as a Human Resources Manager:Lead all human resources activities, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training, benefits administration, and HR complianceManage the full talent acquisition process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and coordination with outside recruiting resourcesFacilitate new hire onboarding, orientation, background checks, drug screenings, I-9 verification, and employment documentationSupport payroll functions including timecard processing, employee status changes, garnishments, deductions, direct deposits, and PTO trackingDevelop and administer employee training and development programs that support business goals and employee growthRespond to employee and management questions regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and programsAdminister unemployment, FMLA, disability, and other leave-related programsMaintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and ensure required labor law postings are currentPartner with leadership to support workforce planning, compensation, organizational development, and employee engagement initiativesPerform additional HR-related duties and projects as assignedWhat You Need to Bring to the Human Resources Manager role:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience5 years of progressive human resources experience with a manufacturing environmentStrong working knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practicesExperience across multiple HR disciplines, including recruiting, employee relations, benefits, compensation, payroll, workforce planning, and trainingProven leadership skills with the ability to influence, coach, and communicate effectively at all levels of an organizationStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects while meeting deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentialityProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and HRIS/payroll systemsBenefitsThis Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Time Off and Holiday Pay401(k) Retirement PlanLife and Disability InsuranceEmployee Training and Development OpportunitiesEmployee Assistance Program (if applicable)Additional company-sponsored benefits and perksEqual Opportunity Employer.
