Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians to support the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems on large-scale, mission-critical hyperscale data center construction projects in Haskell, Texas.

The ideal candidate is a Texas-licensed Journeyman Electrician with hands-on hyperscale data center experience who can work independently, interpret construction documents, and ensure electrical installations meet project specifications, applicable codes, and safety requirements.

• Install, terminate, test, and commission electrical systems and equipment.
• Perform electrical installation activities on large-scale data center construction projects.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, one-lines, schematics, and construction documents.
• Install and terminate electrical infrastructure in accordance with project specifications.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and verification of electrical systems.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical codes, OSHA requirements, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project management, electrical supervisors, general contractors, and other trades.
• Identify and resolve electrical installation issues in the field.
• Maintain accurate documentation of completed work and testing activities.
• Work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Provide guidance and support to apprentices and less-experienced electricians as needed.

Required Skill:

• Active Texas Electrical Journeyman License – REQUIRED
• OSHA 10 Certification – REQUIRED
• Minimum 1 year of hyperscale data center construction experience – REQUIRED
• Experience installing and terminating electrical systems on large-scale construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and construction documents.
• Strong understanding of electrical installation practices, safety requirements, and applicable codes.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a construction team.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on an active construction site.

Preferred Skill:

• Additional experience on hyperscale or mission-critical data center projects.
• Experience with electrical testing and commissioning.
• Experience working with high-voltage or medium-voltage electrical systems.
• Experience mentoring apprentices or electrical helpers.
• Previous experience working with major electrical contractors or large construction teams.
