Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics (FMOB) in Othello, Washington.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $230,000-$325,000 annually

• wRVU production incentive model

$25,000 sign-on bonus

$10,000 relocation assistance

Role Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine services across lifespan

• Deliver obstetrical care within collaborative care environment

• Manage preventative care, chronic disease management, and women's health services

• Participate in team-based care coordination and patient management initiatives

• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation using Athena Practice

• Support underserved patient populations through mission-driven care delivery

Requirements

• MD or DO REQUIRED

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED

• Obstetrics experience or FMOB training REQUIRED

• Active Washington medical license REQUIRED or ability to obtain

• Comfortable providing both primary care and obstetrical services REQUIRED

• Strong collaborative and mission-driven care mindset REQUIRED
