Role Description This full-time, on-site Clinical Psychologist role is based in Provo, UT. The Clinical Psychologist will conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and individualized treatment planning for clients with a range of mental health and substance use concerns. Daily responsibilities include providing individual, group, and family therapy; documenting clinical services and progress notes; and coordinating care with psychiatrists, therapists, case managers, and community partners. The role also involves developing and implementing evidence-based interventions, participating in multidisciplinary team meetings, and contributing to crisis support and safety planning when needed. The Clinical Psychologist will help promote a supportive clinical environment that respects client autonomy, cultural diversity, and trauma-informed care. Qualifications Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution; current or eligible Utah licensure as a Psychologist. Experience in psychological assessment and diagnosis, including use of standardized testing and evidence-based evaluation methods. Demonstrated skills in individual, group, and family psychotherapy, with familiarity in CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based modalities. Ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans, monitor clinical outcomes, and adjust interventions based on client needs and best practices. Strong clinical documentation, case management, and time-management skills, including proficiency with electronic health records. Effective communication and collaboration skills for working within multidisciplinary teams and coordinating care with external providers. Commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and serving diverse populations across the lifespan. Prior experience in community mental health or substance use treatment settings is preferred. Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development, supervision, and training in advanced clinical practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
