Catering Lead

Overview Lead the catering operations at Panera. Plan and coordinate catering events, ensuring guests receive premium service, timely delivery, and compliance with food safety standards. Responsibilities Manage and produce catering orders for guests. Create memorable experiences through warm, friendly service and proactive follow‑ups. Assist with delivering orders to guests’ events while adhering to health and food safety standards. Maintain Panera’s high standards for food quality. Build excitement and interest in Panera’s products and services. Market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events. Support Managers and Team Members as needed. Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust. Qualifications Minimum age: 18 years. Completed basic food safety training (Food Handler’s Card or equivalent). Effective communication and people‑oriented skills. Self‑starter capable of meeting goals with limited supervision. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Own vehicle with acceptable driving record for order delivery. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends; ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing 25‑50 pounds and stand/walk for up to 3 hours. Clear communication and quick decision‑making in a loud environment.
