We're seeking passionate, entrepreneurial recruiters to join us as Senior Medical Sales & Healthcare Recruiters. This is not merely a desk job; this is your launchpad. Your Responsibilities
- Lead Full-Cycle Searches from initial intake to final placement.
- Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their hiring objectives, challenges, and workplace culture.
- Strategically source talent utilizing our proprietary tools and your personal network, alongside our unique communications platform.
- Maximize our technology to engage candidates, track outreach efforts, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
- Focus on long-term placements that foster enduring value for clients and yield substantial commissions for you.
- Engage in thought leadership to elevate both the MLR brand and your own.

Your Profile
- 2–3+ years in agency recruiting or consultative sales experience
- Solid comprehension of healthcare or an eagerness to learn, as we provide training
- Proficient in managing client relationships and closing offers
- Comfortable navigating ATS/CRM systems (we'll train you on our proprietary one)
- Entrepreneurial spirit with aspirations to build something enduring
