Your Responsibilities

• Lead Full-Cycle Searches from initial intake to final placement.

Your Profile

• 2–3+ years in agency recruiting or consultative sales experience
• Solid comprehension of healthcare or an eagerness to learn, as we provide training
• Proficient in managing client relationships and closing offers
• Comfortable navigating ATS/CRM systems (we'll train you on our proprietary one)
• Entrepreneurial spirit with aspirations to build something enduring
