We are seeking a Calibration Technician II to calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of electronic and mechanical test and measurement equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team while following established quality and calibration standards. Strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair electronic and mechanical test & measurement equipment .
• Perform calibration on AC/DC low-voltage instruments , RF/MW frequency analyzers and generators , temperature & humidity devices , insulation and dielectric testers , and mechanical measuring equipment including torque wrenches, calipers, scales, pressure gauges, and controllers .
• Follow documented calibration procedures , repair methods, and quality standards.
• Interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation to diagnose equipment issues.
• Calculate measurement uncertainty and maintain accurate calibration records.
• Collaborate with technicians while ensuring timely completion of calibration projects.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent technical education.
• Experience calibrating and repairing test and measurement equipment .
• Knowledge of ISO 17025 Quality Management Systems and Measurement Uncertainty calculations.
• Strong understanding of AC/DC circuitry and ability to read electrical schematics .
• Experience following written calibration and repair procedures .
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
• Mechanical or electrical experience preferred.
• Commercial or Military PMEL/TMDE experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 33 lbs unassisted.
