Our flagship brands, LiftMaster and Chamberlain , are found in 51+ million homes, and 14 million+ people rely on the myQ app daily.Act as the strategic lead across digital merchandising and conversion optimization initiatives, ensuring alignment to revenue growth and business objectivesOwn and manage the team’s roadmap and prioritization framework, balancing impact, effort, and timing across competing initiativesPartner with merchandising and digital experience analysts to guide day-to-day execution, providing direction, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality outcomesIdentify and size revenue growth opportunities across the user journey, including product discovery, PDP performance, and checkout funnel optimizationSynthesize data from multiple sources (merchandising, conversion, traffic, and customer behavior) to develop actionable insights and inform strategic decisionsEstablish and track key performance indicators across merchandising and conversion, ensuring efforts are aligned to measurable business impactFacilitate cross-functional alignment with marketing, product, UX/design, and IT teams to ensure initiatives are properly scoped, prioritized, and executedLead planning and intake processes for new requests, ensuring work is aligned to business priorities and team capacityOversee execution of key initiatives, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly defined and metProvide regular updates to stakeholders on performance, roadmap progress, and impact of key initiativesIdentify gaps in processes, tools, or capabilities and recommend improvements to increase team effectiveness and efficiencyAct as a thought partner to leadership, contributing to strategic planning and long-term digital growth initiativesHelp oversee SEO optimization efforts across the site, identifying and executing high‑impact initiatives that expand organic search visibilitySupport the Senior Manager in leading cross-channel collaboration across SEO, Brand, Paid Media, and CRM, ensuring alignment on strategy, execution, and performanceComply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teamsProtect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidentialMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societiesContribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as neededThe pay range for this position is $85,500.00 - $139,350.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
