VNB Auto Group is looking for a Rockstar Automotive Sales Professional who is ready to level up.

We operate in one of the most competitive and diverse markets in New York, and we are looking for someone who can move with urgency, communicate clearly, and deliver a great customer experience from the first conversation to the final delivery.
Mandarin, Cantonese, Chinese, or Korean language fluency is strongly preferred; Spanish is also a plus to better serve our growing customer base.
If you have automotive sales experience, strong follow-up habits, and the confidence to close deals the right way, this could be the right opportunity for you.
What You'll Do:
- Connect with customers in the showroom, by phone, by text, and online
- Identify customer needs and match them with the right vehicle
- Manage the sales process from first contact to delivery
- Build real relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
- Follow up with discipline and consistency
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience every time
- Help create strong customer reviews and excellent survey results
- Bring energy, professionalism, and accountability every day

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience preferred
- Strong closing skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with phone, internet, and showroom customers
- Valid driver's license required
Language Skills Preferred:
- Mandarin
- Cantonese
- Korean
- Chinese language proficiency
- Spanish is also a plus
Supplemental Pay:
