‌Faculty Position InformationOpen Rank Professor - Organizational Behavior and Management (Tenure-Track), with a start date of Fall 2027.Rank depends on experience and qualifications.The position will teach undergraduate and potentially graduate courses in organizational behavior, along with other management courses as needed, for business students in residential programs. Faculty members are expected to maintain Scholarly Academic (SA) status through a program of intellectual contributions in the form of peer-reviewed academic publications and presentations and other forms of professional development consistent with the school’s maintenance of AACSB Accreditation. Faculty will also mentor students and accept departmental, college, and university service assignments.About the Management Sciences DepartmentThe Department of Management Sciences employs more than fifteen full-time faculty members holding terminal degrees and has the largest undergraduate enrollment at ACU. In addition, qualified candidates will have a strong record of relevant research and/or professional experience, combined with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
