Salary: $94,000 - 134,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a closely related field.
• We require at least 2 years of professional experience building software applications, analytics solutions, or AI/ML systems.
• We require hands-on experience with Python application development.
• We require experience developing APIs and backend services with Flask, FastAPI, or comparable frameworks.
• We require experience with front-end development using JavaScript and modern web technologies.
• We require experience working with Large Language Models and Generative AI technologies.
• We require familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Haystack, AutoGen, or similar tools.
• We require an active IRS MBI clearance.

• We develop and extend NLP and text analytics capabilities for document classification, topic modeling, text clustering, summarization, information extraction, and named entity recognition.
• We integrate NLP functionality with enterprise data sources, analytics platforms, and operational systems.
• We design, build, test, and maintain AI-enabled applications using modern software engineering practices.
• We develop front-end user interfaces with JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
• We build and support backend APIs and microservices using Python frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI.
