Case Mix: 60% hematology / 40% solid tumor

EMR System: Meditech
Support Staff Available: RNs: Available, PA/NPs: Available

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Credentialing Timeline: 60 days

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: Board Certified in Hematology or Medical Oncology
Experience: Recent patient facing experience required

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care as solo provider.
Supervise infusion services and manage chemotherapy patients.
Participate in tumor board meetings.
Manage new patient consultations and follow-up visits (approximately 20% new, 80% follow-up).
Collaborate with on-site APP and RN support staff.
