Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs, including diagnostics, inspections, brake and tire work, engine repairs, and more.
• Diagnose and address technical issues using Mercedes-Benz guidelines and equipment.
• Communicate directly with the service advisor for accurate repair time estimates and to keep customers informed.
• Adhere to manufacturer and dealership repair standards and policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Continually update skills by attending workshops, certifications, and training provided by Mercedes-Benz.

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive technician experience is preferred; Mercedes-Benz or luxury brand experience is a plus.
• ASE certifications (or equivalent) are preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and keep up with changing automotive technology.
