- The Platform Support (L2/PS) Engineer is responsible for the operational support, platform administration, observability, and automation of the Orchestra GenAI Gateway infrastructure and supporting platform components. This role focuses on maintaining platform health, monitoring pipelines, infrastructure services, deployment processes, and environment stability across multiple regions.

qualifications:

- Experience supporting enterprise GenAI or AI/ML platforms.

- Familiarity with OpenAI, Azure AI, LLM operations, vector databases, and AI observability.

- Experience implementing self-healing and auto-remediation workflows.

- Exposure to ServiceNow, Remedy, and enterprise workflow management tools.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure.

- Understanding of security, compliance, vulnerability management, and enterprise risk controls.

- Financial services industry experience.
