Field Medical Advisor, Oncology

Moderna seeks an Associate Clinical Trial Manager to oversee infectious disease trial operations, including study management, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance. The role involves day-to-day execution of clinical trial activities with support from senior leadership in a remote US position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute U.S. retail pricing and access strategy for respiratory vaccine portfolio
• Design retail pricing architecture and establish strategic frameworks across retail pharmacies and distribution partners
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with national and regional retail pharmacy chains and distributors
• Lead discount and concession strategy while managing gross-to-net implications and profitability impact
• Partner cross-functionally with Commercial Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain on demand generation and launch readiness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Life Sciences, or related field
• 10+ years pharmaceutical or vaccine pricing, market access, channel strategy, or commercial contracting experience
• Deep knowledge of U.S. retail pharmacy and distributor landscape with vaccine distribution expertise
• Experience managing retail pricing architecture, channel economics, and gross-to-net processes
• Proven contract negotiation success with retail pharmacy chains, distributors, or healthcare customers
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
