Project Manager - CRS

Minimum Qualifications: PM Experience: 8-10 Years in hospitality domain Experience: in any CRS product implementation preferably SHR or IBS. OTA Integration. Experience: in PMS Systems preferably Opera / Opera Cloud or any Oracle hospitality products. Req'd Experience: PM with Central Reserve System experience Mandatory Skill: PM, Hospitality A central reservation system is used in the hospitality industry. It's a type of reservation software that is used to update and maintain hotel inventory and rate information so that hotels are able to manage guest reservations in real-time. Responsibilities: Manage projects from inception to closure with adherence and tracking to client objectives, project scope and goals, schedule commitments, and budget. Create and maintain detailed project plans, planning and managing resources, objectives, schedules, budget, milestones, dependencies and work with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Ability to understand the audience and adjust communication to meet audience need and business purpose. Ability to use strong analytical skills and creative thinking to understand complex business problems and identify solutions. Adherence and leadership in executing and delivering with quality. Understand client business functions, requirements, and objectives in relation to and in support of the client adoption and use of client products, solutions, and services. Identify solutions to client needs; recognize crisis and know when to escalate. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to mature, extend, expand, and strengthen the client business relationship. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Superior written/verbal communication and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal, listening skills, problem resolution and conflict management. Disciplined, highly organized and detail oriented. Customer-focused and highly driven. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite including MS Project, Visio.
