Senior Structural Designer
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support a multidisciplinary engineering team, the fully remote Senior Structural Designer will develop and deliver high-quality construction documents for various building projects, utilizing advanced Structural Revit expertise and collaborating closely with engineers and architects. Key Responsibilities Develop structural plans, sections, details, schedules, and construction document packages for a wide range of building projects Create and maintain detailed Structural Revit models and drawing sets throughout all phases of design and construction Collaborate with Structural Engineers to translate engineering calculations and design concepts into coordinated, buildable construction documents Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Design Technology, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred Minimum 5+ years of experience producing structural construction documents for building projects Advanced proficiency in Structural Revit is required Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Thorough understanding of construction documentation standards and structural drafting practices
