UI/UX Designer/Researcher

UI/UX Designer/Researcher Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in UX design or related field, with basic skills in visual design and prototyping.
- 2+ years experience in research/discovery
- Basic understanding of design systems and interest in learning to maintain cohesive design standards.
- Basic understanding of AI and an interest in working in this area
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to share ideas and learn from team members.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design case studies.
- Must have hands on experience working with Figma and MS Suite/Office
- Desired - experience working with Miro, FigJam or similar planning tools - will be able to pick up quickly if no experience
- Adobe Suite experience strongly preferred
