MCHC provides culturally competent primary, dental, behavioral health, and specialty care with specialized focus on serving Muslim, immigrant, and refugee populations.Position OverviewMCHC is recruiting a full-time Family Practice Physician for outpatient care. The role operates on a 4-day, 32-hour weekly schedule, providing a manageable, structured workload environment within a mission-driven community health setting.Key Responsibilities* Deliver comprehensive primary care across all age groups and demographics* Provide preventive care and chronic disease management* Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and medical conditions* Offer women's health services, including contraceptive counseling* Support population health initiatives and outcomesRequired Qualifications* MD or DO from an accredited medical school* Completion of accredited Family Medicine residency* Board certification or board eligibility from the American Board of Family Medicine* Active and unrestricted Wisconsin medical license* Current DEA certification* Current BLS certificationWhat We Offer* Student loan repayment assistance (especially valuable for physicians from community health backgrounds)* Vision and dental insurance* Paid holidays* Structured workload in a culturally focused community health environment### Apply for this roleApply on Company Website →Closes 4 August 2026
