As a Security Officer Part Time Front Desk in Tarboro NC you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more. What Youll Do:

• Provide professional customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures visitor-management requirements and Allied Universal protocols at a food and beverage production location.
• Greet visitors contractors delivery personnel and employees; verify identification and access authorization; issue visitor credentials; and maintain accurate entry records.
• Monitor access points cameras alarms and other security-related systems from a stationary front-desk post reporting unusual activity or equipment concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Maintain clear communication with employees visitors and Allied Universal leadership while supporting a professional welcoming and controlled entry environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
