US-Senior Manager

A Senior Manager creates a positive environment of customer interactions that drive performance goals and business priorities. You help drive your store’s vision, develop managers, and support the Store Leader with strategic decisions. Responsibilities Lead a team (including Managers), empowering each member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals. Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high‑performing team. Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers, modeling exemplary behavior, and ensuring business priorities and exceptional customer service are met. Address customer and team member concerns and escalations, partnering with leadership and key business or People partners when appropriate. Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals by establishing, planning, and executing the operational strategy of assigned functional areas and the entire store. Maintain and uphold company policies and procedures, protecting all company assets, including confidential business, customer, team member, and financial information. Perform other tasks as needed. Minimum Qualifications Be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays, and reliably attend work as scheduled. Be proficient in written and spoken English (sign language supported). Have 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field. Follow through on commitments and establish mechanisms to encourage others to do the same. Instill trust within the team and operate with a high level of integrity. Make timely and sound decisions by asking questions and using analytics, experience, and judgment. Communicate with excellence, tailoring communication style to different audiences. Develop others through mentorship, coaching, and effective feedback. Provide support and guide others through challenges, stepping in to handle difficult conversations while remaining calm in a fast‑paced, constantly changing retail environment. Manage work through effective organization, planning, and prioritization. Pay & Benefits Base pay ranges from $43.20 to $71.96 per hour, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
