These plans will guide both internal and external plans to support revenue, margins, profitability and cost control targets.Essential Job Function:Schedule & Lead Demand Planning Reviews within S&OP Process; Directing Action Plans for Key Product OutliersReview Sell-In & Sell-Out Trends & External Drivers for Short-Term to Long-Term Product Action Plans; Highlighting Variance(s) to BaselinePrepare Forward Looking Forecasting Models for Comparative AnalysisCreate & Distribute KPI Reporting; Current KPIs Include Channel, Category, Brand & Product Performance While Establishing New Metrics to Support S&OP EffectivenessMonitor & Report Assumptions, Risks & Opportunities to Meet Business Targets; Escalating Priorities, as AppropriateContribute to Maintenance of the Master Demand Forecast DatabaseSupport Long-Range Budget Planning ProcessesAssist Product Segmentation to Strengthen Focus AnalysisAd Hoc Analysis, Reporting & Dashboard Creation as NecessaryDocument Current Processes & PracticesEducate Cross-Functional Teammates on Processes, Forecasting, Trends, Demand Chain, Data & AnalyticsTrain New AssociatesMinimum Qualifications: Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesAnalytical – Collect, Process & Interpret Business Insights from Data; Attention to DetailCommunication – Effective Presentation Delivery Across Various Levels & FunctionsLeadership – Drive Collaboration for Alignment & Positive Change in Decision MakingProblem Solving – Identify Root Cause & Provide Solution for Inefficiencies & BlockersProcess – Measure, Track, Analyze & Review for Design ImprovementsPreferred Qualifications:1 – 3 Years of Experience in Forecasting/Planning, Demand/Supply Chain, Operations or Finance; Consumer Packaged Goods Industry Experience a PlusPrior Experience with Tier 1 ERP (SAP, Oracle, JDE, AX/D365)Education & Experience:B.S.
