About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff / Head of Strategic Initiatives to work closely with the CEO and play a key role in the expansion of its government business. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to drive growth, including the identification of new opportunities and the development of targeting strategies. This role also involves leading high-impact strategic and operational initiatives and requires a strong background in both management consulting, particularly from a strategy consulting firm, and the healthcare or life sciences industry. The Chief of Staff will be at the forefront of building a robust business development engine and the necessary operating infrastructure to support the company's significant revenue growth in the coming years. Applicants for the Chief of Staff / Head of Strategic Initiatives position at the company should have a minimum of 2-4 years' of management consulting experience and a similar duration in a relevant healthcare or life sciences role. The role is pivotal in the company's expansion and requires a candidate who can not only support the CEO but also take on a leadership position in the development and execution of growth strategies. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at problem-solving, and capable of leading and driving change within the organization. A path to the COO role is built into the position, making it essential for the candidate to be ambitious, with a strong desire to take on increasing levels of responsibility and leadership within the company.
