Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - FloridaSalary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually, DOE; potential bonus. Location: Tampa, Ocala, and Tallahassee, FL. Travel: Candidates should be comfortable traveling up to 75% of the time. Most travel will take place in and around the state of Florida, with occasional trips outside the territory as needed for business.About the Company: Ensign Services, Inc. We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to help us elevate our people practices, drive leadership development, and support the incredible work our operational and clinical teams do every day.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with operational and clinical leaders to support business goals.Collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that promote growth, performance, and a positive workplace culture.Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, engagement, and termination processes.Leverage HR data, metrics, and analytics to inform people of decisions and measure the impact of HR initiatives.Coach and support facility leaders and HR representatives to strengthen leadership skills and team effectiveness.Facilitate training and development programs that align with our leadership development goals.Conduct fair and objective investigations into employee concerns and HR-related complaints.Ensure full compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies.Promote employee engagement and culture-building initiatives that improve retention and morale.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP /SHRM-SCP preferred)3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-site or operational support role.Strong understanding of employment laws, employee relations, and performance management practices.Proven ability to use HRIS tools and data to support strategic decisions.Exceptional interpersonal, coaching, and problem-solving skills.Healthcare industry experience is a strong advantage, though not required, we value a passion for learning and adaptability.A genuine interest in leadership development, culture, and people growth is essential.Additional Information: Pre?employment criminal background screening required.What We Offer: We are committed to providing a competitive benefits and compensation package which includes medical/dental/vision coverage, company-provided life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and sick/vacation plans.
