Project Manager – Land Development Location: Kirkland, WA Company: PACE Engineers, a Verdantas Company Short description: We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our growing Land Development team. What You’ll Be Doing Manage and oversee all phases to deliver land development projects on time and on budget in a manner that exceeds our clients’ expectations Coordinate with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met Develop and foster authentic, long‑lasting relationships with clients and further develop business opportunities Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and documents including proposals, scopes of work, and budgets Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering PE license 10+ years of engineering experience 3+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports and projects Ability to manage projects independently Excellent client service skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Benefits Hybrid work model & flexible scheduling 401(k) with up to 3.5% company match Medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA Paid time off, holidays, and wellness programs Short & long‑term disability, life, and AD&D insurance Culture that supports belonging, equity, and inclusion Paid parental leave Salary $131,000 - $172,000 per year Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Pace is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity in the workplace.
