Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor!Location: In office in Pittsburgh, PAWhat You Will Do:Administer safety programs, monitor compliance with job site safety, safety training, safety documentation, auditing, and reportingSupport sales through involvement in job quotation and estimation. Approve estimates for scope of work, labor hours and material content, assesses profit risk of jobs, controls material and labor costs, and provides feedback to the District ManagerEstablish project timelines, meet with customers to communicate and coordinate project schedule. Manage projects, assigns personnel, oversees ordering of equipment and material, and assures that proper customer signoffs are secured per corporate policy requirementsOversee quotation of call-in work, transactional sales (not requiring SSR skills), and assigns personnel as needed to ensure that quotes are delivered to customers on a timely basisProvide consistent communication with current customer base and establishes effective working relationships to identify additional selling opportunitiesEnsure that maintenance contract commitments are fulfilled, and inspections completed on timeProvide input to Service Coordinator on scheduling activity of techniciansWork with the technician team to generate pull-through service and repair work on existing house accounts. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
