Welder

Position Objective The Welder is responsible for fabricating and repairing metal structures and components by using various welding techniques. This role ensures strong, precise welds that meet safety and quality standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform welding using techniques such as MIG and TIG – aluminum and stainless steel Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Set up welding equipment and select proper materials for each job Inspect welds to ensure strength, accuracy, and compliance with specifications Repair metal components and structures as needed Maintain welding tools and equipment in safe working conditions Follow safety procedures, including proper use of protective gear Measure, cut, and prepare materials prior to welding Other duties as assigned This position is also expected to: Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times Be very detail oriented and well organized Be skilled at problem solving and analysis Requirements Qualifications and Educational Requirements High school diploma/GED Welding certificate Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience Familiarity with OSHA safety standards Job Requirements This role requires the ability to stand, bend, and work in various positions for extended periods.
