IBM Verify Engineer (Multiple Openings)

Simeio is seeking experienced professionals across the Identity & Access Management (IAM) landscape to support enterprise IAM programs and initiatives. This is a general, exploratory posting intended to identify candidates across multiple roles, skill sets, and experience levels within the IBM Security Verify and IAM ecosystem.

Opportunities may span engineering, advisory, operations, QA, and program leadership teams. Final role scope and level will align to experience and business needs.Areas of Focus May Include

• Design, implementation, and support of IBM Security Verify IAM solutions
• Support of AIMS and PAS environments, including upgrades and enhancements
• Ownership of authentication, authorization, SSO, federation, and access lifecycle processes
• Serving as a technical lead or subject matter expert on IAM programs
• Client engagement, requirement gathering, and solution delivery
• Production support, troubleshooting, and operational IAM services
• QA, testing, and continuous improvement activities
• Project and delivery support for large-scale IAM initiatives

Roles and Levels Considered

This posting may align to roles such as Systems Engineer, Senior Engineer, Subject Matter Expert, Solution Advisor, IAM Architect, Operations or Program Manager, Service Lead, or QA Engineer. Final title will be determined based on experience.Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in Identity and Access Management or security technologies
• Hands-on experience with IBM Security Verify, ISAM, IGI, or similar IAM tools
• Solid understanding of IAM concepts and enterprise security environments
• Ability to work with enterprise clients
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency

Preferred Experience

• 8+ years of IAM or security experience for senior-level roles
• Experience in regulated or federal environments
• IAM integrations, APIs, and directory services
• Shift-based or 24x7 operational support experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
