Job Position: Bilingual Recruiter

Location: Irving, TX 75061

Salary: $40,000 with Bonus opportunity

Shift: Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm

Description: We are looking for an energetic and dedicated Bilingual Recruiter to join our growing office. As a Bilingual Recruiter on our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in connecting talented candidates with our diverse client base. Your primary responsibility will be to understand our client's needs, source high-quality candidates, and ensure a smooth placement process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must be very passionate about helping people secure gainful employment and ensuring the position you consider them for align with them as well as our clients expectations.
• Candidates must be bilingual and possess strong decision making skills as well as an understanding of the job requirements.
• We need someone who can balance kindness and empathy with confidence and firmness.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to find eligible candidates for temporary positions.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for both the role and the company culture.
• Client Liaison: Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, preferences, and deadlines to deliver suitable candidates promptly.
• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate and client databases to ensure accurate tracking of placements and candidate statuses.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes comply with legal and ethical standards, including background checks and employment regulations.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.

Qualifications:

• Minimum - High School. Preferred - College
• Candidates must be Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish)
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a temporary staffing or agency setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse candidates and clients.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms for recruiting.
