SUMMARY:

Our Sales and Experience Associates take the forefront position at TRX studios, serving as the initial point of contact. They embody our most hospitable, passionate, and enthusiastic team members in this capacity. Their extensive understanding of our fitness program and overall operations equips them to deliver exceptional service to all TRX members. They play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service and aiding the General Manager in cultivating new business opportunities. Additionally, they support existing members by assisting with class selections, bookings, inquiries, and merchandise transactions.

We are searching for dynamic, outgoing, well-organized, diligent, creative thinkers with a genuine passion for wellness and a contagious enthusiasm for our brand. Their involvement will contribute to the growth of a stronger TRX community and the realization of our vision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Exceptional Customer Experience:
  2. Establish a warm and hospitable setting for individuals at TRX.
  3. Welcome, aid, and register members.
  4. Conduct tours of the studio.
  5. Collaborate closely with trainers to orient newcomers during their initial TRX session.
  6. Promote membership sales to contribute to the studio's prosperity.
  7. Follow up with potential clients and address member issues professionally and impartially, aiming for effective resolution.
  8. Engage in promotional and outreach occasions.
  9. Demonstrate the capability to nurture and sustain relationships with TRX Staff and TRX Members.
  10. Effectively communicate via phone, email, text, or face-to-face promptly and comprehensively.
  11. Team Collaborator - proficiently cooperate, communicate, and interact respectfully with colleagues and supervisors.
  12. Uphold a neat and inviting environment by helping with studio tidying, replenishment, and maintenance as needed.
  13. Demonstrate strong organizational skills and adept time management.
  14. Display professionalism and punctuality, maintaining a positive demeanor.
  15. Exhibit a robust work ethic and a drive for personal development.
  16. Adapt to a flexible work schedule - available for weekends, holidays, and various shifts, including mornings and evenings.

The subsequent competencies and capacities are requisite for executing the fundamental job responsibilities as mentioned above:

  1. Proficiency in adhering to a comprehensive work schedule, averaging at least 30-32 hours per week over five days for full-time or at least two days per week for part-time.
  2. Capability to uphold a consistent and dependable presence in the workplace.
  3. Proficiency in regularly and consistently engaging in activities such as sitting, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds, as well as engaging in typing, speaking, reading, and writing for up to 8 hours daily across five days each week.
  4. Adeptness in utilizing a telephone and computer for up to 8 hours each day, five days per week.
  5. Proficiency in comprehending, conversing, and composing proficiently in English through both spoken and written means when interacting with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
  6. Capacity for creative thinking and prompt responsiveness to both anticipated and unforeseen workplace matters.
  7. Competence in effective collaboration within a team context.
  8. Maintenance of a professional demeanor and appearance.

Skills and Attributes:

  1. At least two years of sales experience is required
  2. A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  3. Capable of sitting or standing for up to 8 hours
  4. Driven by goals, with the capacity to attain sales targets in memberships or retail
  5. Proficient computer skills are essential, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  6. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for the application.
