Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist (RT) with experience in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab). The ideal candidate will be proficient in both scrubbing and imaging within the Cath Lab setting. Candidates must have advanced skills and certifications to provide excellent patient care during a variety of cardiac procedures.

Unit: Cardiac Cath Lab

Number of Labs: 5

Patient Ratios: Not Applicable (N/A)

Unit Staffing: 4 staff members per case

Type of Equipment: 4 Philips machines, 1 Siemens machine

Documentation System: Merge

Shift Requirements: 12-hour shifts plus call

Call Frequency: 7-8 days per month

Responsibilities

Conduct various cardiac catheterization procedures, including LHC, RHC, TAVR, TEER, EP, ECMO, Impella, ICD/PPM, and peripheral/endovascular AAA procedures.

Provide moderated sedation as needed during procedures.

Assist with the preparation, maintenance, and operation of equipment within the Cath Lab.

Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout the procedures.

Qualifications

Education: Must be a certified Radiology Technologist with experience in the Cath Lab.

Certifications:

• ACLS
• BLS
• ARRT (R)

Skills:

• Cath Lab circulating experience
• Merge documentation experience preferred
